Bendella Homestead is a 110 year old beauty, and would have been one of the original federation homesteads in the outskirts of Bangalow. Whilst the home has been maintained in good condition, the living areas didn't really flow, and the older additions and infills disconnected the house from the landscape. The addition of a new living area and reconfiguration of the internal spaces allows for a more open plan living space with better light and ventilation, with the new extension blending seamlessly into the old.
