This 20 year old pavilion home was ready for a freshen-up, so we renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry, added a front entry porch, stone planters and wire trellis, and freshened it up with paint and polish. Plans are also approved for a future swimming pool, eastern deck and an office to the current undercroft.
